Every Order Ships Fresh

Every order is made fresh and ships within 2–5 business days with full tracking. We ship via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL depending on your location and order. You'll get a confirmation with your tracking number as soon as it's on its way.

US orders only — we don't ship internationally at this time.

Something Not Right?

If there's an issue with your order, reach out and we'll work with you to get it resolved quickly. To start a return, contact us with your order number and a few details about the item — we'll get back to you fast with instructions on how to send it back.

Where's My Order?

We've shipped a lot of packages over the years. When something shows "delivered" but isn't in your hands yet, it's almost always one of two things:

Someone in the house grabbed it and forgot to mention it.

The carrier scanned it delivered a day early — they do this more than you'd think, especially during busy seasons.

If you can give it one extra day, do that first. If you'd rather not wait, reach out and we'll track down exactly what's happening and get it handled. We stand behind every order.
