How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are typically processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned item, though it’s often handled within just a few hours.

Will I be refunded the full amount, including shipping?

For new returns, we refund the cost of the product(s) minus the shipping charges. If there’s another reason for the return, we’ll assess it on a case-by-case basis to ensure a fair resolution.

What if there’s an issue with my order?

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time?

Based on our extensive ecommerce experience, delayed deliveries usually stem from one of two scenarios:

  1. Someone in your household or workplace may have brought in the package without notifying anyone.
  2. Carriers like USPS sometimes scan packages as delivered a day before they actually arrive in your mailbox, especially during busy seasons.

If you can give it an extra day after the “delivered” status, it may arrive. If it still hasn’t shown up or you’d prefer not to wait, please reach out to us, and we’ll investigate the situation and ensure you’re taken care of.
